Yes Dee, I am definitely a convert and have already tried to help my friend - I've explained how this site works and I've given her all the instructions of how to find the templates regarding her particular parking company - no doubt you'll be checking her letter soon too!0

Success!! Well, a massive thank you to all those that helped me, I have today received by e-mail a letter informing me that my appeal has been allowed. The assessor's (Shehla Pirwany) reasons are:
"It is the Appellant's case that the parking charge was issued incorrectly.
The Operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact, were.
Accordingly I have no option but to allow the appeal."
