That sounds lovely thanks! Particularly like the sound of lemon and honey dressing with no vinegar, but I think I may replace the olive oil with a blander one, .....or maybe walnut oil and add a few walnuts and apple..... Well that's lunch sorted anyway!

Sounds like a plan. I often use low fat soured cream, yoghurt, Dijon mustard or horseraddish these all work well..,a differant oil is a good idea too. Defo don't use extra virgin, it's way too powerful.

A couple of radishes or fennel are also quite yummy too.

    Man, I'm hungry now x

    Are you big dug?

    What a question:eek:

You can tell she's feeling better:)

Think it's time for me to take my eggs off the trees:o

Talking of eggs, I thought of you yesterday Brad ( we are very close:p)
A had half a chiller cabinet of free range eggs reduced. I waited until they were reduced for a second time and got them for 38p a half dozen. Good dates on them too which puzzled me:question:

    Happy baking days ahead:T

Rose, I so feel for you, you are being a star, and do need to think of yourself.
Our Mum has her difficult moments, and they can be rather stressful, but often later she may realise what she was doing and hopefully make some attempt at an apology. At the moment she is not good and is also stuck in bed, but we are not sure why apart from muscle spasms. She gets direct payments to cover 4 hours per day to pay myself and a bit to my my sis. My sis has been there this morning, and i'm taking over from lunchtime, after getting them some shopping in from A's. What Mum doesn't see is she is often getting 8 hours or more a day, which of course we don't mind because she is 'mum', but when you say to her 'I got to go Mum' and she says 'Can you just ....... before you go' it can get a bit much when you have literally just run out of time and then she gets the hump!
Sometimes I feel like I need to get out in the real world more, perhaps get a 'normal' job in Asbo's :rotfl:, but I know those 4 hours she has now would result in 4 brief agency visits, almost def. not enough time to help her shower each day which she likes to do, so she would still be asking if I could come round before/after work and i'd be even worse off!
I have now been doing this for 2 years, and I really do miss the real world of work, at it makes me feel loopy at times. You are doing the right thing Rose. :A

Forgot to add - Also the way the direct payments work means giving Mum 4 hours from an Agency instead of me and my sis would cost the local council almost twice as much. If they looked at it by cost she could easily be reduced to 2 hours care.

Good morning elite. I haven't been on for ages, I've been lurking. Rl getting in the way. I found a receipt last night and I notice that one of the 1.75l bottles of coke was missing from the apg.

They are 3 for £3 but compare to sainbo 70p back on 2 bottles on apg :j

    I hope that helps someone.:j

Thank you all for your hard work!
showing 2 for £2.40 on msm and A.com, can you post apg comparison please.

edit, thinking about it. best don't as it looks like offer has changed, and it would now confuse

    I see a mix of 2for£2.40 and 3 for £3

Could be similar to the nivea glitch if you bought 2 from the 3f£3 deal and one from 2f£2.40 (assuming they are all 3f£3 instore)

Eta. Latest iphone update means i can now easily scroll within a reply box on here :j

Eta2. Scratch that. All show 2f£2.40 now

Need to know much the same, for the benefit of my DS of course. :p

Poor lad, nearly 17, 5'10" size 10 feet, trousers 28" waist, 32" leg length, and even these are too loose!
He worked out that he had well over 2000 calories in just one sitting at McD's last night (with the added student c'burger :) ) But still he's like a rake.
He'd love to at least build up his triceps and biceps, but however many press ups and chin ups he does, nothing seems to work. Any advise apart from taking supplements, which I don't want him doing at such a young age, even though he has asked me if I could get him some of the shakes. (Not done so yet)

Still have to get my coupons out of recycling, but I've one on the desk. It says it is for Colgate total 175ml, but the 3 for £5 are the 125ml tubes? Is that right please and do the coupons scan against those? Thanks in advance! There is also 10% back on MSL on these.

I used two vouchers against the 75ml Colgate total 2 for £3 today with no problem.
