My Dutch friends' potato salad goes down a treat, as well.

Left over cold mashed potato mixed with mayo.
Add chopped spring onions, gherkins and ham.
Looks good with a chopped boiled egg on the top for decoration and sprinkled with chopped chives.

Never any leftovers when served at a party/bbq.

The Dutch recipe sounds very close to Anglesey pie, which is amazing. Pity the missus doesn't like eggs because it is amazing. Pretty sure the Hairy Bikers did it on one of their programmes too

Be careful if you buy the new 26 pack Walkers Meaty in T - it is apparently scanning as a 22 pack at £6 instead of £3 on SEL. If you get overcharged you would face the hassle of going to CS and have to get a DTD refund.
