Whilst walking across to Ts just now the road was blocked off, ambulance, police etc
A young boy has just been knocked over he was so distraught

We have a pelican crossing 20 yards away to get to the back lane to Ts. Unfortunately not many cars stop when you are crossing on the 'green man' so it could be this is how he was knocked down.
Many a time we holler at a car that doesn't stop :mad:
or
The more direct route is straight across the road, which is on a hill & blind bend
I hope it's the first scenario ♥

Oh I think I need to stop going to Ts at the drop of a hat without proper planning I stuffed up again! :mad:
The plan was to go in, do a shop, dump bags in car and go back for second shop.
I managed to get 10 items today :j So I got a PP as expected. I also managed to only spend £37 and I had a HH to use Got a random check at the scan and shop and I'd mucked up with the turkey. I'd picked up 1 correct turkey and 1 incorrect one and scanned the correct one twice. Of course she picked up the one I hadn't scanned!! So she emptied my bags and re-scanned all my shopping. Then I had to wait whilst my turkey was swapped......no time for a second shop :mad:

I had a nice surprise on the way out though. I met Squigs so we had a chat. It was lovely to see you again squigs :wave:
