Anyway this is my good news - at the moment I can't stop crying and sobbing so if anyone want a to join me please do, it will make me look slightly less demented if we form a chorus of wailing banshees.

My eldest son has been out on tour for the last six months, a black tour with no leave whatsoever, he went at the end of September 2013.

And finally he is on his way home, don't know the flight details but I had an email from him to say they are in the business lounge at Istanbul - so finally he is out of that ghastly place and on his way back - they don't get released until either Monday or Tuesday and even then he has a 5 hour drive but he is at least heading towards the Uk and landing sometime tonight.

OMG you must be so relieved Today is the 2nd anniversary of my BIL death whilst serving in Afghanistan. I'm banning DS from joining. My sister has barely survived his loss.

My Mum finished my quilt yesterday. I love it to absolute bits.

I've always wanted one but they're so expensive to buy. I think she really enjoyed making it too so win win :)

    That's lovely, I really like it :j

Picasso, I thought you were near Mansfield. I bought them in the large T near the court on Friday, I have also bought them at the other large one near your home

(I may just be imagining Mansfield!!)

    :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Sadly, you are imagining Mansfield, but thank you so much for this.

I live in Salford. There are two Extras and one smaller than that around me and none of them have the cards. Have not tried Horwich since I haven't gone that way recently. Have not bothered trying the Express stores as I assume they won't sell them. Has anyone else around this way found them please?

It does occur to me that if I bought them in Morries, I'd at least get a bit off petrol, but it seems quite a lot of work since it's the CC points which are the attraction.

I did the nickname quiz and got this

    You're nickname is
    Dottie
Like freckles, polka dots, or sprinkles, you are totally cute!

I've been driving round Bristol for most of the day today- the tip, Costco, my parents, my friends, a shop to take some glitchy shoes back, poundland and pound stretcher and a garden centre.

But the best news is that I have found the perfect pots for my palm trees :j :j :j

So totally not an Mse day but I got my pots for a good price, I'd been looking at pots with a price tag more than double what I paid today :o

And I still have !!!!!flu

    £2.50 each or 2 for £4

Does that mean the net cost of 300g of cod is £1.62 with the APG?

I have noticed in some stores that they store them at the side of the proper gift cards, and often put a stack of something on special offer over them. It maybe worth having a rummage
