I had 2 shops 5 mins apart and 1 item ( non glitchy ) compared against t in 1 shop and came back N/a against T in the second. Got me confused.

I just entered one of my receipts to do a apg and got a notice come up to say I've already had 10 apgs this month is there a way around this?

Hi I wanted to buy the Bisol with the finest £10 meal deal but have checked on Ts just now and the Bisol is not listed! I know you all have been doing this, but do you think it will work today? Or is it back to making another list!! Thanks

Advice ranges from 'ignore all the letters and they'll stop' to ' institute a lengthy appeal process and send a complex, legally worded appeal'.

I'm so tired and stressed I just can't take it all in and I can't seem to find a thread that has simple, jargon free, step-by-step information about what to do, including templates for the letters I need to send. DH says that it is not worth making myself feel ill over and we should just pay the £50 for peace of mind but that really goes against everything I have worked so hard for and makes all my efforts pointless.

I'm sure there must be something on here somewhere that is simple enough to help me in my current state so if anyone is able to post a link I'd be forever grateful.

Oh nenen.....so sorry to hear how upset you are about this. But I don't think things have to be done right now. Draw breath and I am sure those who can best advise will be along soon to help you. Don't rush into doing anything today......put the kettle on, make a cuppa and form an action plan. X

Nenen hope this link works. I think it would be a good idea to copy and paste your post over on the parking and unfair tickets site. They are most helpful and I'm sure they will help you work out what to do. I'm sorry this has happened to you and hope your ok xx

Good morning all.

The Bisol isn't in the meal deal but some have been buying 2 or 3 as part of the 25% off 6 bottles or more, to get a PP back. You can also count the bottle of wine included in the meal deal as 1 of the 6.

My son has a similar problem with parking eye fine - but produced receipts to show he had genuinely been shopping all day ( not just using it as a car park) and hadn't seen the signs. He got let off - it's got to be worth a try. Good luck.
