    Re the glitching
I gave lots to my dd but have decided not to anymore. I have problems going out and at times it makes me physically ill chasing glitches. I do it to make a better life for my family. Dd has just treated herself to a BMW and always has designer clothing and top of range everything. If I tell her about glitches she dosnt bother to do them. So I guess what I'm saying is it's pointless making myself ill to save her a few pounds if she has money to burn and thinks nothing of wasting money herself.

I think most have reached or do reach this point after a while. I used to chase every glitch going so I could help as many family members as I could. I came to this point just after the big APG glitch, I was selling the stuff to them for what I'd got it for so some were under 20p but others were under 40p. I got complaints from them eventhough they were saving a small fortune.
I used to despair with my mum, she understood how to get the APG on glitchy items but always left the bags of stuff in the hall. My brother would nosey when he called in and then ask her was there any going for him and she'd give him a few bags of stuff, he wouldn't even offer to pay for anything. She has now learnt to hide things from him after realising that he would sometimes call in and just take when no one was in.
My brother knows about the glitches but said it was easier just to let us do them and get them from us because he doesn't have the time! My mum works in three places (2 for the same firm) and she still makes time. He rarely benefits from them now.

I now only help a select few because I know they appreciate it and are willing to do it for themselves, I just don't have the energy to do it all anymore.

My overdraft is only on my account because years ago I got a letter from The Abbey now Santander saying I had gone overdrawn on my account by pence and was being charged think it was £25 for letter and something else for being overdrawn by pence  no wonder folk get into debt. Well me being me I panicked.

Was in The Abbey after I had finished work asking why I had overdrawn. No online banking then. Turned out a DD was due out and bank had taken it out my pay had not gone into my bank account but should have cant remember why now. Bank was so kind put charges back in and said I could have an overdraft.

I told them I didn't want an overdraft so lady cashier explained it would just sit there and if I was unlucky and went into it by pence again I would have no charges on my account. She wanted to put a large overdraft on but I said no so its £100.

They charge £1 now for every day you are in your overdraft, whether it be by 50p or £500

They charged me once. I've made sure I stayed out of my overdraft since so they aint getting another penny out of me :D

    Morning all :)

Just wondering what part of the country you are from Tweets. Nearly every day you seem to have horrible weather where other people are saying what a nice weather day they are having :). Stopped raining here about 2 hours ago and sun trying to come out in sunny essex :T

My bank and CC never get a penny out of me either :D I have got an overdraft "just in case", never used it, am with First Direct and years ago they promised they would never bring in fees for accounts so long as you have more than one product with them, so I have a savings account beside my current account, always has at least £1 in it :D With my CC I always set up the transfer for the right date as soon as I have checked all the payments.
