Hope she gets back safely. Us poor Mum's spend all our lives worrying about our kids. DD gone out to a music thing in Bristol that ends at 6.30a.m. ( but she says she will b home by 2.30 as she has to work tommorow. She has just got a part time job in a local pub/restaurant and is loving it. DS and wife are in Brazil for 10 days hols so keepin in touch by Facebook and Whatsapp.
Last day of rest tommorow as Mum home from hospital on Tuesday.

Thanks rose, I used to worry DD1 going back to Portsmouth but that is only 1 and half hours away, where she lives now is about 2 hours but DD2 is 3 and half hours if you don't stop so I get extra worried about her.

I forgot to PM you didn't I. OH said once you are not claiming Carer's allowance for your mum she may be entitled to the Severe disability premium I mentioned my mum got. But would most probably need a financial assessment. He did say she may be getting one when she is reassessed Tuesday? But I was not exactly sure what you said she was being assessed for.

This Easter has been so much more relaxing for me than last year. My poor mum last year had to have the doctor out, and then the district nurse as she was still eating fairly well but nothing had been coming out the other end for more than a few days. Was an Easter I won't forget in a rush. :o

I have that awful wait this evening to hear DD2 has got back to Stoke safely. She has to drive back alone. :(

She didn't want to wait until morning as exams Monday week and she wants to get up and study first thing, did not get much chance to do any here. Teeny is too much of a distraction for her Aunty who doesn't get to see her often. ;)

Mr TS has just been doing Grandad duties and got Teeny off to sleep. :T

All the best for her exams.

    :)

Anyone still waiting for the [STRIKE]scum[/STRIKE] sun to send them their vouchers?

Well, I got around to my Grandmas this afternoon and she was brandishing 2 x £10 Morrisons vouchers, which came on Saturday. Made her quiet happy as she does not get out much now she is 78. :) It has only taken 2 months of nagging. If you are still waiting for any vouchers get on to them. Tell them you want a alternative if they say they are oos. I have found some advisors say they are on there way. So, just keep going around them all. Some are very helpful, but some are useless like the one who cancelled my membership, but did not.

    :)

Thanks karlie. I hope she does as well as the January mocks.

She is worried sick. But then she always says she has not done enough revising and then we say you always say that and then she says but it's different this year. Been like that since GCSEs. :rotfl:

I think it's done her good to have couple of days break.
