I have been very lucky snap to be able to say goodbye like I did. OH doesn't understand he says our house is my home. It is but the bungalow was for many years and it was always a place I could go back to in a crisis. It was a calm and peaceful place to be, nothing like how it is here. ;)

I hope when the time comes that you have the sun shining for you too. :A

    Is fourp home yet?

So glad you had time to say goodbye to the Bungalow TS.

When my mum died it was manic. She died quite suddenly and we had booked a holiday abroad 10 days later. Everyone urged us to still go so we had to arrange the funeral in just 7 days. Went on holiday, which was, admittedly, a good idea but when we came back the council wanted her bungalow back within a month of her death so we had to literally throw everything into a van one weekend and (somehow) stored it all in our garage and cleaned the bungalow the following weekend.

It made it very difficult to sort through everything as it was all jumbled up and it seemed awful to have treated her belongings like that.

In fact it was a dreadful time altogether as I'd conceived on that holiday but then miscarried at 6 weeks. Was very glad to see the back of 2003.

Some lovely posts tonight, TS and SD (((hugs & more hugs)))

A wee update on my broken wrist, its been 10 weeks.
I have been going to physio, and today was told that, yes there had been a break (unseen on the x ray) and there is tissue and ligament (sp) damage and probably dislocation as the bones are not aligned.
So its no bleedin wonder Im still in pain. I know lots of folks have some horrible things going on and my arm is quite insignificant in comparison, but its about the bad diagnosis in the first place Im angry at.

You have every right to be angry, we had a complacent doctor at the hospital yesterday, he started rambling about would not be taking plates and pins out of DD3's arm yet as it is still broken.

Good job I bite back, I said that's not what we are here for, we are meant to be finding out whether a bone graft is needed and how much it has healed in the last 3 months. He admitted he hadn't even looked at ANY previous xrays.

He then went back to his office and we could see loads of xrays flashing up on the screen while he was comparing and partially good news it has healed a little more so we still need to be patient and they are holding off on graft but still not contact sport. So she still can't get back on the trampoline. She was really keen to, it's 11 months now since initial break. :(

I hope your wrist is sorted much sooner for you and they can get you pain free. xx

    Good morning :)

Im off to work in a few minutes. Strange day, most of the work I had scheduled isn't happening any more but I still have to drive 100 miles for what will probably be about half an hours work  and then drive back again!
I will stop in for more Catfood on the way home. Thanks to the early testers.
Have a good day all, I might get home before lunch :D

Morning, Tiny (hugs) I understand, it gets less weird over time believe me, and fc's words can't be bettered, balm on a troubled heart :A

I had to drive past this morning and it's good to see plants in the window sills. It is now someone else's home. It felt ok. :)

Because if someone gets hold of them they can actually transfer the house into their own name with the deeds. So, if someone broke in they could literally steal your house :eek: Actually you shouldn't really keep them in any house, they should always be kept securely in a safe or the suchlike in safe premises.

I think we should have the gun out for this one....
    this is just so untrue.
Anyone who walked into a solicitors with deeds not in their name would need to prove why and who they are.......full check and photo ID.
Only a solicitor can apply to the land registry to make a change so you couldn't just "use" them.
Its a bit like saying anyone who found your bank statement could take over your bank account..(just don't want people getting scared for nothing) hth.
