Although it is a .co.uk it is registered to a Chinese address. The warehouse address is purely a warehouse address that a number of these type of web-sites use and isn't directly connected to the company apart from being a storage and distribution pointThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. if that's the addy they sent him the parcel from then that's where id be sending it back, proof of postage and hopefully the credit card or paypal will take the money back of these scammers, cos that's exactly what they are, and refund the op.
op get in touch with paypal theres a chance they will still help, as paypal will no doubt of had many claims against these scammers.0 -
I called the warehouse (the address is on the package), they said they would reject but as they were just a courier company thought it wouldn't help. I would just wasted postageOpinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.0

Just called Lloyds and spoke to someone who seemed to think I had supplied all the possible information and that as I had attempted a return that should qualify. It has now been referred back and I should hear more within the next 14 days.
Still feel I am being fobbed off a bit. Would be easier if the person dealing with it just called if they needed anythingOpinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.0 -
hope you get it sorted mate, your best bet for a battery would of been ebay, and if you ever pay via paypal again always use your full paypal account for the added protection0

Hi there, the Visa chargeback regulations absolutely state that the goods need to be returned. As you have proof you attempted to return the goods as best as you can your card issuer can make the claim for you but it will be a weaker claim than normal as it is technically not meeting all the requirements. In terms of the timeframes, you do need to allow 15 days from the day you tried to get the returns address. If there is no refund then lloyds can then go ahead and claim for you.
Hope this helps confirm the situationDebt free by XMAS 2015 #027Barclaycard: £0.00Divorce: £0.00 :jKitchen: £0.00 :j0
