H Samuel, big problem!

Wasn't expecting so many replies! Just to clarify, we also bought my wedding ring from H Samuel and that is a size K, as we always thought my engagement ring was a tight fit but the original salesperson was insistent that a snug fit would be better, so I went for a K with the view to getting the other ring resized at some point in the future. Hindsight is a wonderful thing
We decided today would be the day we would go and properly enquire about resizing prices from some jewellers in our town to match the size of my wedding ring, and we found out about the size problem. I just phoned H Samuel customer services and explained the situation, and the advisor told me that the ring could have shrunk in size to an I?? I think we're just going to go and pay the £45 we got quoted today and be done with it! Thanks for all the help everyone

I would possibly go back to H Samuals to see if they have your ring in a size J or K before you get it resized (I know that maybe hard after a couple of years) or if there is a ring design similar to yours.
Different designs sit different and may need different sizes. I have this with pandora rings. The thin band ones I can have a R but the wider bands I need an S.
Good Luck, its also a worth ask when your in there about the size that youve got on, but dont be disappointed if there's nothing that they can do.
xxThanks to money saving tips and debt repayments/becoming debt free I have been able to work and travel for the last 4 years visiting 12 countries and working within 3 of them. Currently living and working in Canada  :dance:0 -
