I doubt writing messages anywhere makes a difference to be honest. I've had 15 day payments and 40 day payments from them, without chasing, it always arrives eventually, thus far anyway.
If its not unusual for 28 days to be 40 days they should say 40 days
Only just got the money through from them...0 -

Yes I agree. Just always surprised to see people saying 'don't complete surveys anymore' and 'this is a scam'. They DO pay, albeit late, and I have very rarely seen anyone who doesn't get paid in the end, usually around the 40 day mark.

Agreed - they should just alter the guide time for payment on their website since they tend to miss it, but they are dependable in terms of actually getting the money.0

I am awaiting £40 from the end of March and have contacted them today to ask when I will receive payment as they are usually not too back at paying and got this answer
Thanks for your email. Our next payment to go out will arrive with members on 9th May. This may contain your payment if the funds can stretch to your claim date. If not it will definitely be included in the next batch which will arrive with members on 16th May
...........if the funds can stretch...... that's the part that worries me, is this usual?0 -

I claimed my £40 on 14/06 and haven't had anything yet.
Previous payouts have arrived in about 5 days!
I know what people mean about the surveys drying up just before payout as well, it took me ages to get the last £1!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

I'm in exactly the same position, almost to the date, as you Abbafan. I requested payment via BACS, in the hope it might be quicker... I'm sure it will come, but could really do with it at the moment.Hey ho... think taking on a third job might be necessary.... Keep smiling though, eh?! x
