My latest reply states I will be paid by tomorrow evening at the latest.... cashed out on 2nd march.. maybe i'll opt for bacs next time as they appear to be paying on time with that...

I've always been paid BACS and never had any bother , waited a wee bit longer than normal this time I think - I have told my son to opt for BACS , I use a separate basic account to get stuff like this paid to.

Quick update, I've received my £40... Think I may opt for bacs next time despite never having this problem before.. Right back to the surveys...

I requested my first £40 on 12th March and I still haven't received it.
I messaged them after 28 days and was told they were waiting for funds to clear in their paypal account and my money would be sent within a week.
Well it's almost been another 2 weeks and nothing.
Getting really fed up now.

They are doing a lot of cash giveaways on their fb page though. How can they be giving away cash all the time when they're not paying their members for work they have done??

I requested my first payout via BACS on the 22nd March. Nearly 5 weeks down the line and nothing. I received an email yesterday to say they are waiting for money to clear in the PayPal account and will pay members when complete. Desperate for the cash right now so I hope we don't need to wait to much longer.

Hi guys, i've been a member of Onepoll for ages! I've had a few payouts now, some quite quickly, and some that have needed chasing. It takes a few 'reminders' via the Facebook page sometimes but i do get paid out! Just keep dropping hints to them in messages, they soon send it across!

im not the only one who has not received money sounds like thii er in trouble. time to slate them and warn people off in facebook ect. I claimed £40 on the 4th aprril and not receiev anyhitng i have been e-,miling all week no response.

You are only just outside of the 28 days that they say it'll be, it is not unusual for 28 days to be more like 40.

I doubt writing messages anywhere makes a difference to be honest. I've had 15 day payments and 40 day payments from them, without chasing, it always arrives eventually, thus far anyway.
