OnePoll not paying out

Can anyone help?!

I reached my £40.00 on OnePoll at the end of February/ beginning of March but so far no payment has materialised. In the past I have always had it within a week. When I contacted them I was advised to wait 28 days. After 28 days I contacted them again and was advised that they were waiting for some money to go into their PayPal account so they could pay their members. Still nothing and when I contact them they either ignore me or just reply saying they are 'looking into it'.

Has anyone else had this problem and any ideas what I can do about it as constantly contacting them via email , twitter and facebook isn't helping...

not personally but I've heard of this happening before with them. It's very unprofessional sounding. I have received payout from them so can confirm it is a genuine site though.

It has happened many times as I've seen lots of threads here on MSE and it has happened to me twice now, they do pay eventually.

I've also been waiting for payment since early March. I messaged them on Facebook and they said they would contact their Accounts Department.

Am still waiting, it's annoying, but have been with them many years and it is the first time I have had to wait so long for payment.

Hope we're paid soon!

That's good to hear... I've been using them for years and I've never had any problems getting my payment before now. The lack of communication from them is very unsettling and puts me off using them again but hopefully the payment will materialise eventually :S

Me too, would feel better if they responded/apologised/sounded interested. Fingers crossed!!

I have been with them for years as well and this is the longest wait I've had for payout. I agree they should be more forthcoming with when we will get paid rather than just keep saying we will.. I am just off to email them again...

I have been with them for a few years and had no bother- cashed out about 19th March , was paid on 10th April . My son cashed out early March and is still waiting .
I always get paid BACS and he opted for Paypal.

Am also waiting for payment for about 8 weeks. Emailed them and they said they were waiting on funds to clear in their PayPal
Account before they could pay members!! Disgraceful! Will not be doing their surveys in future.

I messaged OnePoll on Facebook, and they have said my Paypal payment should be sent on Wednesday.

Hoping it arrives.
