Well she still hasn't got her Bronze because .....oh lots of reasons! Back at training each week. She goes mad seeing all the dogs- which is why I think she is pining.
If you go to that page again and click on the reference to Gold & Katie you'll see my most special ever dog. Sadly no more either - she was my first trailie.

On another thread here, I mentioned about thinking about another dog in a year or so as Shadow really enjoys the company of other dogs but I am a worrier by nature and never mind the money part of it, another dog wouldn't be like her, if that makes any sense?!

He looks a nice boy . Yum....What is he holding? something to play with..or chew to bits?? Billy used to unstuff all his toys when he was frustrated... more clearing up! But it didn't need the vacuum.........

Aww thanks. What you can't see in that photo is the giant sad cocker spaniel eyes that he uses to great effect when he wants something. They're like Puss in Boots from Shrek.

Katie, it's his frisbee. It lasted about 20 minutes before my entire house was covered with green fluff.

Futher edit: he's actually a really well behaved dog - hardly ever raids the bin, doesn't steal food, and charms everyone he meets. Can't believe he ended up in a rescue.

Oh katiehound, what a truly wonderful dog. It made me so sad but uplifted at all the things Katie accomplished and the life she led, she really was that one in a million.

Cat hairs drive me crazy. We groom everyday now, seems to help. A Poodle and goldfish would have been a much wiser decision I think lol

Well the poodle would have to have been clipped (expense!) and the goldfish...er....can't exactly see a goldfish sitting on your lap..can you???!!!
