Poor signal vodafone anything that can be done
Hi my daughter is over a year into a 2 year contract with vodafone and has had nothing but trouble with the signal, she doesn't like complaining so I need to know what she can do before hand so I can give her advice.
So I would appreciate any help on this as it's that bad she has be talking about paying off her contract just to get away and change providers, should say she's on approx £42 a month with a iphone 5 just in case there's a known problem.
Thanks

I have the same issue, halfway into an Iphone 5 contract with vodafone and terrible signal. Never had this problem with vodafone before, been really bad the last 6 months or so.0

Hi my daughter is over a year into a 2 year contract with vodafone and has had nothing but trouble with the signal,...
That said, any reasonable person would have checked the signal with a free PAYG sim before committing to a 2-year £1K:eek: contract. If you bought online or by phone
If you bought a phone, device or accessory from our website or over the phone and you're not happy, send it back for a full refund.
You have the right to cancel your order and return your product no later than seven working days...
If you bought in-store
If you bought from one of our stores, you can take it back to that store for a refund within seven working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays) from when you took the product home.0 -

Hi robti,
Thanks for making me aware of your daughter's concerns.
For further help with network related issues I'd initially recommend that she follows the troubleshooting steps on our eForum, which have been linked to here.
However, to enable me to take a closer look at things for her, could you also ask her to email me with her details via the link in our profile here?
All she needs to do is copy and paste the link into her web browser and it'll take her to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me, she'll also need to quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line.
Once sent, she'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Post back with this and I’ll check I've received it and get back to her as soon as I can.
Hi paulineb,
I replied to you here last week.
Kind regards,
Lee
