The more I think about it the more I think that it can't be. ParkingEye have a site here and whether he's just confusing two PPC's, I don't know.0 -
His concern really is that he is going to miss his POPLA deadline.0

Could he not do a mail redirection via Royal Mail - I know it costs but at least it means that all his mail would be forwarded to him not just anything from P E.0

Dont lie. Chris Huhne did and look what happened.
Appeal as RK, and give the address for correspondence.
If no acknowledgement after 14 days, write again, enclosing previous letter
If no resolution with POPLA code after 35 days, write again, enclosing previous letters, and also register a complaint with the BPA

I think that as ParkingEye has now become a very recognised name the uninitiated public can make the assumption that 'parking eye' is a standard name for private parking companies at large.
I seem to recall one or two threads in the past go 'off piste' with us initially advising on the basis of PE, while the OPs were using the name generically. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
