Sorry how far along the process are you??
After we had offered and before we have exchanged contracts our sellers invited us around for a third look...they had fixed something and asked us to inspect it.
With a transaction that involves so much money, I would say go for it!0 -
We are negotiating on ours as the first offer was unacceptable. I'm not planning on going for a 2nd viewing until we have accepted an offer as i dont want to get to excited or build.my hopes up.
I think i will get the husband to just guess rough sizes and go from there...other than the bay window the others are just bog standard sizes.0
