Magnetic L Plates that stay on!

Pound shops are mostly you get what you pay for (with some exceptions!) however, cheap magnets are not the greatest!, you should maximise their magnetism by making sure you stick the plates to a clean flat surface, failing that. maybe buy some tape from a shop to keep them on (not the pound shop preferably!)0

I bought some stickback magnetic strips from ebay for my P plates after I started driving for the first time (5 years after passing).
Worked out around £3 delivered.
My clutch control was very bad, but I marched on without taking refreshers because I knew I could get the hang of it again.
In the meantime put P plates as I was a bit nervous while driving, P plates got me some distance from other road users.0 -
They were always tied on with a bit of string to the bumper when I was a learner. I guess cars have no bumpers or anything to tie them to now!0
