Probably a case of wanting to inspect it. Sending a warranty repair request to manufacturer and awaiting a response. Then ordering parts and fitting. So basically 3-4 days worst case scenario depending how long it takes the manufacturer to agree

Hi, just spoken to the service dept. the gearbox leak had also contaminated the clutch so a whole new 2nd generation one has been fitted along with a new slave andgearbox seals and oil. Picking it up tmrw afternoon, thankfully all covered under warranty, so i suppose i have an advantage of these new parts, just hoping it wont fail again anytime soon. Thanks for the earlier comments.
