Boom Boom ! I SUCCESSFULLY disputed the Councils PCN guys and girls

Massive thank you to all guidance given!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first letter worked that I sent before I knew of this Awesome site and its users. It literally had in it what i have said in the first post and a bit from the heart :grinheart also how it seems more a personal opinion that i was fined!!

I can happily post a link if you wish to the pep site as people were very helpful there too, but I didnt get a chance to use any of their advice as the first appeal I had already sent done the trick, I just got the letter through.
Luckily for me someone with some common sense and decency read my letter at the councils end and cancelled the ticket .

Maybe they was, Im very surprised too.

They actually said in the letter, "In future park closer to the bicycle racks"

So at least I have that in writing in case it happens again, Im gonna park it so close in future its almost touching the bicycles.

If I hear of anyone else getting a similar PCN for parking near a bicycle rack ill do what I can and they can quote my letter.
