    Well done.

I'm almost disappointed it didn't go to a hearing. :)

I presume in the meantime you've seen the Memorandum of Understanding that the BVRLA issued?

Love it, did they ask for a CA? Is that why you have not named them?

What happened to the PoPLA appeal?

Well, we do know that OP is in favour of gagging orders, only the other day he/she posted this:

A few cases under a CA make no difference in the greater picture, and for those people involved it deals with their situation....and what's wrong with that? Not everyone wants to be a martyr or an avenging warrior [keyboard variety or other], many just want to sort it and get on with their lives.

In that same post I was accused of being sanctimonious, I await his/her reply with interest.

My reply would be that you're still as sanctimonious as you were three days ago.

To expand and for the sake of completeness, in the same post I also said [iirc] your post was utter tosh and drivel...and I stand by that as well.

    No CA asked for.

I won the POPLA appeal on a single appeal point of 'ANPR technology is unreliable'.
