    I presume in the meantime you've seen the Memorandum of Understanding that the BVRLA issued?

    Well, we do know that OP is in favour of gagging orders, only the other day he/she posted this:

    A few cases under a CA make no difference in the greater picture, and for those people involved it deals with their situation....and what's wrong with that?     No CA asked for.


    I won the POPLA appeal on a single appeal point of 'ANPR technology is unreliable'.
