Life without a washing machine

The washing machine is one of the few domestic appliances like a fridge or a cooker I couldn't do without. I remember going to the launderette as a student and it is just too time consuming.
However, I live happily without a car and without television.
I wouldn't want to be without a dishwasher now & I used to think they were an optional luxury.
I've had one now for about 10 years.0 -
When I got my machine, I wondered what I would do with the spin drier I have been using over that last year. In fact I have decided to keep it as it is useful when I have to wash something in a hurry (by hand). The spin cycle in the washing machine takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. The spin drier takes seconds.0

I am still very happy with my plastic toy portable machine! This was a very good buy and I see that the price has increased: the word must be getting around.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?
