Unwanted Flag "A tool to aid windows"

This keeps popping up almost every time I switch on comp, weather I click "Yes or No"..........any ideas how I stop it? Yes I have Googled it, thanks.

Have a look in Malware and spyware removal thread and download / update / run one or 2 of them - I suspect it will be removed by malwarebytes or superantispyware.

Tried Malware (which I already had installed) no joy, will try SAS.
Funny thing is its a windows flag, not the usual "never heard of" stuff

You haven't got Garmin Express on your computer by any chance?

Yes, I have so ive updated & installed on SN. How strange its a Garmin problem.Thanks

Update (Pun intended) ive now had to update the S/N 3 times in less than a week, surely not. Will contact Garmin.

thanks. The Garmin "Box" isnt ticked on startup, but I still get the flag.!

If you've followed all the steps I think this really helpful advice (NOT!) from Garmin shows that even they have a problem with this:

"If the above steps do not resolve the issue, a different computer will need to be used to allow Garmin Express to open without the UAC prompt."
