Then they decided to go after the other 40%.
Now trouble is, the reason a lot of the other 40% do not pay fake parking tickets is because they are smarter than the other 60%.
Once they annoy the more intelligent, they opened a can of worms.
Now they are public enemy number 1, every time you type Parking eye in google it fetches up yet more court losses for them and some of the 60% start to think...
Bad publicity is seeing them get booted out of sites left right and centre and I am quite sure they are not going to stop until they completely FK up.
Poetic justice I say.
Greedy fish that will drink their own pool.
An excellent summing up of the situation. Most PPCs were content to let sleeping dogs lie, so I thing that they are rather annoyed with PE about this. Mind you, you just have to see what happened when TCP morphed into Smart. The new owners expressed a wish to "increase our income from PCNs ". Luckily Smart don't seem to want to go down the court route. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Right now though 7 ponies have escaped from the sanctuary so this will have to wait a few hours!
Eventually of course you will have to do it per week, or even per dayWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

They were probably limbering up for it when PE proved what a car crash it is.Je suis Charlie.0 -
From our case: "On that balance of probabilities, as I have indicated, I am satisfied the Defendant was not parked and I am now satified that it was clear to the Defendants that by parking or entering or remaining within the area covered by Parking Eye Ltd they liable for a charge, that the signage does not make that clear in my view unless one gets out of the car, walks up to it, by which point it seems to me one would be parked, and even if this was not the case, even if there were signs saying that, I cannot see that a charge for driving around a car park can in any way be a genuine pre-estimate of loss as opposed to actually parking.Illegitimi non carborundum:)0

Creating a web page which extends to fit the content is at the Noddy-And-Big-Ears-Design-A-Website level. If your web designer doesn't know how I suggest you get a new one!Je suis Charlie.0 -
I prefer to use Wordpress myself, and have several websites running it, I get people to design a template for me, and add on what I need for a particular website. Importantly though it's easy to add contentWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

I'm using a pre-canned design which doesn't allow that. I may have to take the plunge and upgrade to wordpress.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Maybe Bazster might like to help the cause and do it for you"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
I suggest that you use freelancer to get designs done for Wordpress, and any modifications, people bid on doing the work. And forgive me a lot cheaper than most coders and designers from the UKWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you.
