Virgin mobile insurance
Do not believe virgins promise of a 24 hour replacement phone. My phone was stolen on holiday. When I phoned on the Monday morning afterwards, expecting my replacement on Tuesday I was given an 0845 no to phone on Wednesday afternoon thus immediately negating the promise. If like me you telephone in good faith with all your documentary evidence to hand you will find you are kept on the phone answering the most puerile questions and no legitimate questions to validate your claim. You will find your claim is then rejected and you are labelled a liar and a fraudster without any redress because virgin media say it is nothing to do with them. They made the promises and then appointed a disreputable organisation as their agent so how is it nothing to do with them? I am so upset as an OAP with a lifetimes reputation of integrity to be treated in this way when I make an honest and genuine claim backed up with documentary evidence that is ignored. I just don't know what to do next. Does anyone have any ideas?

Post the full story with facts?
Why did they reject the claim?
What "disreputable organisation .. their agent"?
You can complain to Virgin first, then to FOS, but you'll still have to do the above first to stand a chance of succeeding.
