Right so next step... I wait for parking eye to issue a court summons with a popla number and in the mean time i get onto morrisons. Which will be when i am back in london next week so will hassle them extensively about it. Thanks for the help.0 -

they wont issue a summons as its not a criminal offence
they are extremely unlikely to issue a popla number either
they wont issue both
they will only issue an LBCCC or court papers (unless the clock was reset (if possible and even then they would only issue a popla code reluctantly)
what they are likely to issue :-
an LBCCC
an MCOL or online small claim in the small claims courts via northampton0
