those deals look pretty good. do u mean k810i or k800i instead of 880i which i don't think exists. i got the nokia, but i have also heard negative comment so i sold it and bought a new k810i off my boyfriend as he'd just upgraded. this is the first time ive ever had a sony, i'd always stuck with nokia previously, i have had no problems with my sony at all. so im biased and will say sony!

Hi, to address all your points:

N95 - Newer firmware downloadable from NOokia fixes the battery problem. I have several friends who did this and are now happy.

I always say to people looking to get high end phones on contract to balance the cost of the phone against the cost of the full year contract. In your case, and taking the N95, you're looking at £25 x 12 = £500. You can get the N95 unlocked for £372 or less.

If it were me, I'd buy the phone unlocked, then go for a cashback deal which would probably give me more minutes even with the same network, sell the free phone and bank that money. Then port from current to new contract, assuming that network would allow it.

This is not for everyone, and many find the admin too much for a £125 saving. Mind you that is 5 months line rental there so up to you.

    £25 x 12 = £300.
