t mobile contract end

my t mobile 18 month contract comes to an end next month so i am due an upgrade if i leave it for a few months will the contract date start from when i take a new phone or 18 months from the end of this contract

The new contract will start from when you order the upgrade.

If you don't upgrade at the end of your current contract it will just roll on, month by month, thereby leaving you free to change providers, cancel or whatever just giving a months notice with no penalties

when you order the up-grade they will say to you about the new contract starting.
