    act irresponsibly.You response would be better suited to someone who has no intention of paying because they just won't.

    This is slightly different. !!!!.

    If he isn't responsible for his own actions then he should be under constant supervision and shouldn't be allowed out alone........or he could be be made to walk round with a sign around his neck to warn people.

    My frustration is with the OP who immediately wants to blame someone else.

    Why doesnt the OP get the credit reference agencies to basically blacklist his BIL so he can never get credit again ??
