DAB radio - mains powered with decent sound output?

 Have you noticed that DAB radios tend to only have one speaker? Many stations are mono due to the bitrate being so low and why bother with 2 speakers for mono sound?
 These things are worth thinking about because DAB isn't all it's made up to be.

 I just thought while i was buying a radio i may as well make it a DAB one, but not if that's going to happen. I'm just really after a radio tbh.
 As for streaming through the iPhone - for one there's no 3G signal at my house & little 2G signal & for two - i don't have enough data to do that.0
