VR mode is panasonic's re-invention of "LP" mode for the old video players.
it is a way of increasing your 2 hour recording time into 4 or 6 times but it saves it in it's own format that can only be reason on SOME machines....
Obviously, your's isnt one of them.
There is software available that will convert .vro files into .vob files for a normal dvd to read, but unless you want to convert every dvd you are given, it would be easier for them to record it in bog standard dvd format.0 -
Yes, My DVD player can't handle the DVD but now my laptop will play it. It doesn't recognise the file extension but if you just tell Media Player to carry on it plays nicely.
Anyway it's all convinced me to get a decent DVD recorder.Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc0
