o2 and Blackberry Email Problems
Hello,
I have a Blackberry Bold on Contract with o2. I use it for my business but it is on a personal tariff. I have to have 3 email addresses for work.
As far as I know, the email addresses were set up in shop when I got the phones.
Unfortunately, I have had to have my email passwords reset. I have had a techhy guy here today and before anything can be done with the phone, I needed a password for my Blackberry ID, something I am and was not aware of. Requested a password reset but have had no emails explaining how to do it. So I call o2.
Customer services explain that my email is not working. It is. Then they say it must be in the spam folder, its not. Then they tell me that they cannot get into my Blackberry account and I need to talk directly to Blackberry. Now, here's the annoying bit, o2 cannot give me contact details for Blackberry support.
What's even more annoying is they keep referring to their technical people as Guru's. Oh the irony.
Lost over 2 hours to o2 today. If anyone can give me any pointers I would really appreciate your help.
Oh, the other pearl of wisdom from o2 was set up a new Blackberry ID which I am really reluctant to do.
