NCP got Debt Collectors involved before we had the chance to appeal POPLA

Herzlos, read a few posters back, POPLA have denied his appeal on time issues, not that he should not bring this to the courts attention but the operator is not now going to do this-why should they? its been and lost on time grounds0

Well currently my mum is suffering from Major Depressive disorder so this matter is making things worse for her. Is it likely that National Car Parks Ltd. will take this matter to court? If so I can imagine this will take up a considerable amount of my time up...0

I was under the impression that the pre-court work involved checking if alternate mediation was possible; and it is via POPLA. I assume, therefore, that even if that appeal was denied by POPLA, another one could be instigated. Whether that's really the case or not I don't know.0 -
I have been there, and fought for weeks to no avail with POPLA on that issue. The Parking Operator has no interest to do this either ,even if POPLA would, which they will not0

Coupon-Mad any suggestions on this matter? Are NCP likely to take this to court? Or should I send a settlement letter to NCP before the matter is taken to court for the sum of £50 which was the original charge?
Ideally don't want to pay £124, when I know my mother was not at fault.0 -
Mitigating circumstances with your mothers condition at POPLA you could ask

Wait for the court pack,
NCP don't do court, it will be the usual blizzard of debt collector letters now you've missed the easy route of POPLA. No worries, it's the way things were for YEARS before POFA 2012 came in - I have my debt collector letters from 6 years ago still kicking about here to show friends if needed, to explain this scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
