T-mobile Retention offer
Hi Folks
I have been with T-mobile for over 10 years on their old Flex 30 plan- I have 2 lines with them. My upgrade is due in next 2 weeks.
I phoned them up and ask what they can offer me, they said the following:
Handset Galaxy 5
UL calls, UL texts and 3 gig data
£35 p/m – 24 months and £10 goodwill one off.
This is the best what they can do for me.
For my partner- im looking for sim only plan
About 500 mins and 500 texts and 1/2 TB data.
Please advise . I don’t mind moving to another network.

you say "your upgrade is due in three weeks", but to get the best deals you need to wait until you are within the last 30 days of your minimum term, and ask for your pac code. that's when they will offer you the best deals.0

Thanks for your reply.
My contract renewal is due on the 19/4/14 for my both lines.
I’m looking for a new handset S5 and onter sim only plan – 500 mins, 500 text s and 1 GB data .0 -
Have a look at these: http://www.mobilephonechecker.co.uk/Samsung/Galaxy+S+5.htm0

I'm a bit confused, what do you mean by "contract renewal" date?
You have the end of your minimum term, which will generally be 24 months since the contract started, and an upgrade date, which is usually a bit before this.0 -
Im sorry my contract is coming to an end on the 19.4.14- so I can renew or take a new contract out0

ah ok. well to try and get the best deal, call them back and tell them they will have to beat that deal if they want to keep you, if they say no, ask for your PAC code and this should spur them in to action.0 -
I got a deal a few weeks back.. £30.00 a month, no european roaming, but including 0800 calls included, 16gb ipone 5s, 5 GB allowance no cost for phone. Unlimited minutes and text.0

I've been with T-Mobile for around 5 years. Contract due to end in 30 days so called for my PAC today...
Was offered a new Samsung Galaxy S5 (free handset), unlimited calls, unlimited texts, 2 gb data with 4g for £30.99 per month. Not the best deal in the world but way better than their standard upgrade packages, and matches the best deal I could find on other sites.
I decided to move onto a cheaper rolling monthly contract instead of upgrading (plan to keep my S3 until the S5 or note 4 become cheaper (hopefully in the new year) but was pleasantly surprised by their offer as I was expecting them to be miles away from the resellers.0
