Cost to replace glass panel above door

Hi pratically-minded forumites, In my house there are glass panels above the doors, measuring the width of the door (a standard, modern door) by about 30 cm high. One of these has cracked. Please could someone give me a really me a really ballpark figure to replace this, parts and labour. It is in London. Thank you.

Are you sure you want it reglazed? I've just had all the panes above my doors covered with plasterboard & know quite a few people get this done to stop light shining into bedrooms when trying to sleep.
