Parking in Disabled Bay

I posted my POPLA appeal letter here last night and wondered if anyone could check it over to see that I am on the right lines please0

Remove the apostrophe after the word 'loss' and also add to this first point continuing on from here as shown:
''...only one Blue Badge is supplied and it cannot be on more than one car at the same time. On private land such as this car park, the disabled bay is provided under the EA as a 'reasonable adjustment' for disabled residents & visitors and this cannot lawfully be restricted to just Blue badge holders. The EA is silent regarding permits or Badges because the provision is for those with any relevant disabilities for which the need to use the adjustment arises. The need does not disappear and the EA is not suddenly disapplied if a Blue badge is not visible. 'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

and the PCN is to be CANCELLED!!!
I am soooooooooooo grateful for the help and encouragement I received on this site and to those who urged me on when I felt like giving up.
I now feel more confident to assist family and friends going through the same unpleasant experience.
