O2 Question

Hi Guys
Just brought a Nokia Lumia locked to O2 so i just filled out a form on O2 website it now says they will get back to me with-in 28 days

i am a O2 Payandgo customer been with them for years and even got to iPhones unlocked by them but it seems a long time to wait just to get an answer if they will unlock the Nokia phone

Has anybody had a smart phone unlocked lately? and how long did you wait

Not including Iphone say's 15 days to get answer with that phone.

I've done 2 phones with them in last couple of months. I've had a response within a few days.

They also did one for me when I went through online chat. That was an iphone and I got code next day.

As above - the 28 days is a guide only. If you are concerned though you can always give them a ring.

I will give them a couple of days then i will ring them

Don't want to wait to long just in-case they won't unlock the phone

I can get it done from eBay but i was trying to get it done though O2 the right way:)
