Gadget helpline (TMTI) - struggling to cancel!
Got it through a purchase at e2save about 3 weeks ago, tried to cancel through them but they said I have to cancel direct with TMTI .
Tried to go through their cancel website form but it didn't like the information I gave and wouldn't let me go further
Rang them on the tel no. e2save gave me ( 08444 772 995) but got the auto answer saying it was closed but I should ring back when it was open - except 12.35 pm and 2.30 pm today ARE in their open hours.
Have emailed them but have had no reply (as yet - although it's only a few hours so could happen - but I'm not hopeful)
Any ideas?

Hi, although others will probably disagree, I have now had over 40 mobiles contracts of which at least 20 have involved TMTI, in every case I have just cancelled the direct debit and have never encountered further problems. ( It has always been a separate direct debit from the mobile contract. )
I should point out that I would never and have never cancelled a direct debit for anything else other TMTI and mobile phone insurance.0 -
