If it involves baliffs, then it's likely to be council enforced non-payment of fines. We all know that private tickets aren't tickets, but speculative invoices. Only way the baliffs would be genuinely involved is if one won in Court and the defendant failed to pay. This is becoming less likely as Courts wise up to the scam.

You clearly didn't pay much attention to the show then !

    I most certainly did

How exactly was it legal for the bailiff to take his wife's car ? Or how come all but one London Council accepted that he was entitled to drive in the bus lanes ?

It isn't where did I say it was. Are you sure that ALL London Councils but one accepted that he was entitled to drive his so called ambulance in a bus lane, all but one of them? I thought that it eas only two or three.

No - the show highlighted corruption across the board when it comes to parking.

    Which is what I said.

From the local authorities, to the bailiffs, to the police right up to government. Where big money is involved you'll always find pigs and criminals at the trough.

I am fully aware of that

The bailiff companies... the Council that hired and suspended JDW then re-hired them and Eric Pickles downright lied about the MoJ looking at the issue of regulation.

That is councils for you, and politicians, liars, corrupt, morally bankrupt, self serving self important thieves .

The only people to come out of the show with credit were the victims and the No2Mob ( and we know what the corrupt Nick Lester thinks of them ! ).

None of these "victims" covered themselves in glory in my opinion. They were all in some way responsible for the mess they found themselves in.
