They STILL dont subtitle on their streaming service for deaf people nor even put on their postal service if the discs have subtitles. Useless there.
I had thor, sent it back and got it again. ????0 -
No trouble so far, the level of service hasn't changed for me.0

I was happy it changed over to Amazon, it made it so much easier to cancel than it was with Lovefilm. With Amazon you do it online with just a couple of clicks, not so straight forward with Lovefilm.0

Ditto, discs still being sent just as quick as before.0

I have had no problems.
I've heard people suggest that if you report too many DVD's damaged they start playing silly beggars. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -

l can imagine they would but that's not the case with me, they say they are having technical difficulties due to the change over and they keep saying they are going to escalate it to head office but nothing ever changes0 -
We don't have to ring up but we have found that it takes them longer to send out the next discs but only by a day or so.
Am fairly sure they are wanting to do away with the disc rental part anyway so I don't think they really care about whether what they are doing will cause complaints!0 -

They better not take away the disc rental as there is no subtitles for the deaf on their streaming service. Almost all discs have subtitles and at the moment its the ONLY way to get subtitles on 3d films too.0 -
