Ovivo Not sending PAC Code

Hi All,

I requested PAC code from OVIVO around two weeks ago but I have not heard anything from them.

Their website is going to be taken off in next three days. After first request was made I waited around 3-4 days and filled the form again on their website.

After another week or so I filled the form again but it is being ignored completely.

The number is important to me and therefore it would be good if I can get the PAC code.

Can anyone suggest any other way to get it?

I have already tried that and it says my request is not completed yet. They are trying their best to process it.....

Over on Hotukdeals it appears that some people have been able to obtain their PAC by emailing [EMAIL="pac@ovivomobile.com"]pac@ovivomobile.com[/EMAIL] giving their name, email, number and DOB.

I never did receive an email from Ovivo with my PAC but I did manage to get it from the page Silk referred to and ported out a couple of days later.

I sent them an email now, lets see if I receive it or not.
