I agree with Smiley Dan. It could be that you don't need to use the UFH to heat your bathrooms to the same temperature as the radiators and/or you may choose to run the ufh but not the oil central heating when the outside temperature is warmer. Why not experiment, taking readings from your electricity meter and the level of your oil.

2011 is relatively new, insulation levels should be pretty good and your house should hold on to heat fairly well. You may also wish to try closing some radiators off, especially upstairs, to find out if you can economise further. Many people 'waste' much of the heat their system supplies by heating unused rooms.

In a case like this, what heat source is the EPC kWh figure for heating actually based on-the oil CH or the electric UFH?
Those figures are however pretty much average, or a bit below.

Yes we going to turn off radiators in all rooms ups stairs bar our bedroom as no other room will be used.

I'm not sure what those figures are based on if it's Oil or UFH or both as it does not say..?

The heat source is irrelevant to the EPC space heating requirement.

kWh just describes how much energy is required to heat the house... whether you achieve that by electricity or oil is a different question.

You have to consider, for oil, how many kWh you get per litre (normally about 10) your boiler efficiency (see http://www.boilers.org.uk/) and other inefficiencies like your pipe runs.

For electricity it's 100% efficient (for you, to all intents and purposes).
