On my journey i have come across the name of ann vickers as a staunch supporter of Aldi.has anyone else dound this name creeping up time and time again? Just take a look and let me know if you too think she has to be staff or worse still Parking eye?

Seen the Aldi thread about PE which has been going strong for nearly a year?!

What happened when you appealed online - you'd win at POPLA if you've done that in time & follow our wording.

Please take a good look at the various bits n bobs on here, especially the stickies, and if ALDI wont tell their agents, parking eye to cancell then you must let it be known that you may be holding ALDI liable for your costs when you win at POPLA. also keep a log of the time your wasting on this as well as any other reasonable costs so that you can accurately charge ALDI.

Well I now have the rejection letter and it has a popla reference on the top. Can I email the popla appeal or do I just complete the form at the back of the 8 page document from parking eye post it or is it just a case of copying a pasting a template off here. Just started a new job and I have very little spare time but want to get this right before I send it. Also do say in the letter to popla that I was driving or do I keep hush about that?

POPLA does allow for online submission (look at their site), or you can submit your appeal by mail (obtain proof of postage).

Use/adapt slightly, the 'ParkingEye throw everything at them' example linked in 'How to win at POPLA' hyperlink in the NEWBIES sticky.

So got a parking eye ticket at aldi and copied the template from here and sent it to p.e. got rejected. Complained to Aldi FB who said to contact their customer services for help who gave me the number of their parking dept and then later told me it was the only number for PE they had. Infuriated I emailed the GM of Aldi and lo and behold Aldi CS were suddenly phoning me. Rachel told me because I paid cash I would have to call my local Aldi and ask for a receipt, telling them what I bought and at what time. The time isn't a problem as it is on the PCN but it was almost 2 months ago, would you remember what you bought? I can tell them items I have bought in the past but what if I didn't buy them on that day, don't want to jeopardise them not finding my receipt. Any suggestions

Well in that rejection letter, you should have a POPLA code so what are you waiting for? EDIT or was this Scotland, in which case, ignore it and carry on complaining.

No England but because of the to and fro with additional and then I was on holiday, I am worried it has been too long. Waiting for Aldi to get a receipt or should I just appeal via popla anyway?.

Trying to get my head around this. Am I right in thinking you LIVE in Scotland, but the parking event TOOK PLACE in England?
