No, you have obviously not read and understood the scheme documentation. You pay the lease through salary sacrifice meaning you do not pay tax or national insurance (or pension deductions, another story) on that amount. The car is considered a company car for income tax purposes and you are taxed on that value via a reduction of your tax code. It is more affordable as you should be paying no tax or NI on a higher amount than the BIK value, you are not being allowed to lease a car tax free !0

Hi I am a new driver well 5 years but have no claims and my insurance would be £320 a month based on where I live so iv ordered a a fleet car ans it's only 295 a month with insurance I'm just hoping they don't do a credit check do you no if they do??0
