Latest zoopla estimate was £425k, however I discovered that a neighbour accepted an offer on their property for £430k a couple of months ago.

After factoring in rises since then I estimate it to be worth £450k, something Zoopla now agrees with after a well worded email.

I seem to be stuck around £460k mark at the moment, but anyway its been a healthy profit in my first year of ownership.

Thanks the Hamish et al who finally persuaded me to take the plunge into home ownership, best thing I ever did!

Any update, quant? Should be around half a million by now?

You're pretty bearish on Wood Green. Didn't you know that they're getting a railway? They'll have the horseless carriage before you know it.

Yeah, zoopla estimate is £508K, however this has a 6 month lag as its based on LR stats. I reckon its now between £525K-£550K based on differentials when I bought.

I think you just ought to round up the price and say it's worth a million. Who's Roger?
