ESA CLAIM CLOSED due to prison???

I presume being severely disabled for four years you were kept in the hospital ward. I wouldn't worry about ATOS, if you were considered that disabled you will sail through their tests and explain you were to ill to be housed in the normal wing in prison.yoitsme123 wrote: »Hi, I have recently been released from prison. I have now got out to claim ESA once again as my depression is worse. I was on ESA for 4years prior to this. I had passed 3 medicals the most recent medical was in september via the ESA50 form were ATOS didnt require to see me, they declared me unfit for work for 18 months.
