I hope they're genuine, but I doubt it at that price :(

Oh my indeed.........I've ordered some for myself, I love the leopard print ones, they'll make lovely cosy slippers :D

  • Does anyon know where my friend can try on and buy a pair of Georgies. I lent her mine today and she is determined not to get some, but I suggested she tried them on first in her size because they do vary somewhat in the sizings. She lives near Potters Bar, Hertfordshire but can get into London OK.

    Thanks.

She'd need to phone them first to make sure they've got Georgies in first though!

    Hi there,

Am new to this thread and could do with some advice. I am off to Disneyworld soon and heard that crocs are the best footwear for all the walking. I have previously had mock crocs that do just fine as slippers but want some genuine ones now. I have been looking at Mary Janes which I quite like, or don't know whether to stick with caymans? Are Mary janes comfy? Do I go with my regular size or should I go a size up? I have found them on amazon for £15 is this a good price?

    Many Thanks, Mamamoi
  • I love Mary Janes and have about given up wearing Caymans in favour of them. Just get your regular size and if the strap is a little tight pull it until it's just right. £15 is an excellent price - go for it :D

I have found that Mary Janes aren't great for walking all day - they have little arch support in comparison to Cayman/Beach. I developed plantar fasciitis in one of my feet after I'd been wearing Mary Janes to walk in for a whole day. I've also found that I have to get Mary Janes in 3 sizes larger than I would normally wear, my sister got 2 sizes larger than normal. I guess everyone is different! If I was going to be on my feet at Disneyworld all day I'd definitely wear Caymans or Beach.
