E2Save refusing to give me N95

E2save is quick to take your money, they sent the phone via RoyalMail, Which was not delivered to me. I reported the NonDelivery, the same day, I was told I will have to wait 7to 28 days for a investigation, After which I will be sent a new phone. Its over a month and half(45days). Still havent seen the phone, And their unhelpful staff are unable to tell me when I will get one, One staff said it may take as long as royal mail takes, I said that may take months years, she said yes we will have to wait till then(Months, years). They even refused to email me the conversation details.

what are my options, I dont know how I can pursue this further? Any thoughts will be much appreciated.

If it's a contract they won't have taken your money so what's the problem? Cancel the whole thing and go elsewhere. IF they HAVE taken money, claim it back.

And don't waste your time talking to them. Putting things in writing with deadlines is sadly the only way because someone giving you their word counts for nothing in telecomms. If you paid by DD get your bank to reclaim it.

Ring them and tell them you are canceling the contract and tell them not to even bother doing anything about it. If you have paid anything tell them you want your money back and just go elsewhere.
Dont even entertain them anymore, tell them straight your going elsewhere

I agree with the other posters.

Phone and cancel asap, otherwise you could be stuck with a contract and no phone! If they have setup a direct debit, cancel it with your bank too.
