I'm embarrassed to even start this thread this week... where is everyone??? I have the most boring meal plan ever, because DS is spending the week away. We have a busy weekend and week so I planned to bulk cook for ease, so I had a SC meal today and a second tomorrow and it'll just last us the whole week until DS is home on Friday!!!!!

Saturday - SC Kasesuppa (German Cheese Soup)
Sunday - SC Thai Green Chilli with Noodles
Monday - LO Kasesuppa (German Cheese Soup)
Tuesday - LO Thai Green Chilli with Noodles
Wednesday - LO Kasesuppa (German Cheese Soup)
Thursday - LO Thai Green Chilli with Noodles
Friday - LO Kasesuppa (German Cheese Soup)
Saturday - Pork Chops and Cauliflower Cheese
Sunday - Chicken Jambalaya (using LO Chicken and HM Stock)

I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys their meal plans

It's similar here, the kids are away with grand parents so it is just us adults.
We will be living on "If it" all week until the Friday :rotfl:
I am doing a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings today though before they go :A

We've never had Thai Green Chilli, so if we don't like it 'bread and if it' is our back up plan :)

I hope you enjoy your freedom this week! We still have both DD (2y and 4m) so there's no rest for the wicked!

Not posted recently but thought I'd start again - my plan starts on Sunday:

S - beef & pepper stew with mash
    M - cauliflower cheese
    T - sausage tray bake
W - jacket potato, beans, cheese or tuna mayo; maybe salad
T - one pot lentil chicken
    F - HM fish & chips, peas,
S - Either chickpea & spinach curry or chickpea & butternut squash curry (depending on whether I can find a cheap butternut squash when I go shopping tomorrow or Thursday!)
